I just thought I should contact you and offer my congratulations on the wonderful service which you provide.
As you know I am now one of your regular customers/addicts!!,having purchased a few of my beloved Peterson pipes over the latter part of this year.
I recently went on line to your web page, to ogle at your pictures of the new Darwin Range. That was a mistake for my bank account!
I pulled the trigger on another one. This was only 2 days ago during the Christmas holiday break.I never expected the pipe until after the extended holiday period, going into the new year.
Imagine my delight at the postman knocking on the door this morning with a package from Brucciani. It was my latest Peterson Pipe. I am gob smacked that in this day and age of criticism of the poor standards within the general retail trade, that such high standards of customer care and attention are obviously achievable and apparently your norm.
